The services include all activities in preparation of an investment plan, preparation of project documentation, obtaining all necessary permissions, organization of selection procedures for a contractor, building management and technical supervision, as well as building approval and putting a building into operation.

Scope of Offered Services:

Advisory service at preparation of investment project:

We offer you comprehensive consulting services connected with the preparation of your investment project covering the development of your investment project or a feasibility study. The purpose of the above-mentioned services is to evaluate feasibility of the investment project in full considering the choice of a site, technical practicability, economic revenue and environmental impacts.

Preparation of financial and economic analysis of investment project (COMFAR):

Within the preparation stage of your project we will work up a detail financial and economic analysis of your investment by means of simultaneous software COMFAR III EXPERT (according to UNIDO methods) as integral part of the feasibility study. Via this program the record of costs, returns, change of assets, liabilities, cash flow including the calculation of necessary financial indicators (NPV, IRR, economic return time etc.) will be shown.

Preparation of conditions for competition of tenders for selection of building contractor including evaluation:

For the implementation of the project we will prepare complete documentation for the selection of a building contractor with technical part (including bills of quantities) and business conditions. Furthermore, we will supervise the organization of the competition of tenders for a building contractor including their evaluation and recommendation of the most optimaltender.

Preparation of territorial and building permit documentation:

Within the design development stage of your investment project we will develop territorial and building permit documentation, discuss it with relevant authorities, incorporate their comments into the documentation and furnish legitimate territorial and building permits. At the client’s request we will develop detail design (unless provided by the building contractor).

Preparation of documentation at the level of EBE and DE (Extended Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering) for domestic and foreign technology and building contractors

For special construction contracts we will prepare the EBE documentation both for the construction and technological part of the project (it is the territorial permit documentation with details of the building permit documentation) and DE documentation (it is the building permit documentation with detail drawings appurtenant to detail design).

Construction technical supervision

If there is no conflict of interests, we will provide technical supervision during the whole time of the project execution including ensuring a final building approval.

“Turnkey” complex design and engineering activities in investment construction

We will provide “turnkey” complete design proceedings involving a preparatory and survey stage, preparation of design documents, permits furnishing, arrangement of the competition of tenders for the selection of a building contractor and project management with regard to time, costs and quality including the execution of technical supervision, designer’s supervision, assistance in the trial operation and final building approval.
